Hello everyone! Just popped on over to this forum from the Slingshot Forum with the help of Treefork and NightKnight, thanks again guys! My name is Tim, I've been around blowguns since the age of 11 when I got my first one (.40). I recently fell back into them while looking at a batch of bamboo that grows nearby. So I grabbed my old .40 which is nothing but a metal tube now with a couple bends in it that have been straightened. Thanks to my brothers and sisters not leaving my stuff alone when I went traveling!!
Anyways, after a week of using the .40 I decided I must have a .625.. So off to Amazon I went to purchase myself a 4ft Cold Steel Big Bore. Now that I've got that and have been practicing every chance I get, I can hit a bottle cap 3/5 shots at 10yds. Though I only miss it by 1/2" to 1", I hope to achieve 5/5 by tomorrow at the most. My original target was a small 3x1in stuffed animal that I hung on a string from the ceiling, I got 4/5 shots into it with the .40 from 8yds in the beginning. I was really happy with that since it was a moving target after the first shot.
Anyways, I'm glad to be able to join this forum finally.
