I am going to participate in a 3D tournament. The rules demand that I mark the arrow shaft or cone with rings. How can I do that with Cold Steel Mini-Broadheads? My (archery) arrows I always marked using a felt tip pen. That ink won't stay at the (blowgun) arrows though.

Any ideas? I would appreciate help.

You can try to mark the cone with a permanent marker, like a sharpie.
