Well done, your home made BG's are as goodvas those online as they both look great!
I also use thick white electrical conduit pipe (16mm ID) as well as aluminium 16mm tubes (ID) to measure 2x meters in length. Both Work well.
I have made hard plastic moulded cones for both.625" & .50" caliber.
