I was just watching this video of one of Germany's finest, Michel, demonstrating a home made five foot take down and couldn't help but notice how still the head cam gets the instant before the shot. There are ten shots total in the video.

I thought about this video alot today when I was doing my qualifying vids. I did my best to concentrate on being steady and it really helped.
