Let's say a competition was organized with a $1,000 1st prize, $500 2nd prize, and $250 3rd prize. Now let's say it was held somewhere that was a travel destination, Las Vegas for example. Would you travel and compete? Thoughts, ideas, comments, dirty limericks all welcome.

I'll start of with a limerick I wrote:
a blowgunner who had no class
shot all his darts in one mass
his darts they didn't stick one day
it was really quite the ricochet
that's how they wound up in his ass

If you can get fifty or so to register, I would consider raffling off my absolutely genuine Ironwood blowgun that I bought in Denver in 2004. It was imported from Borneo fifty years ago by an ngo worker and he sold it to me. IF a couple hundred actually showed up, I would throw in the matching bamboo quiver with indiginous dart shafts and cones inside but I'm keeping the black tipped dart shafts for liability reasons.

God, I would love to compete in at least one large tournament while I still can. If you know how anybody? put a link to this on some of the FB BG pages. Watching.

Once there was a new blower from Tennessee
he had heard of blowguns by the Cherokee
and a with a puff and a gust and entry fee,
he travel to to see these other guys at aforementioned tourney.
